Make-up
Step into the green room with Lady Christina...
Congratulations!
You've made it backstage!
This is a short film version of Make-up, enough to whet your appetite, but not enough to slake your thirst we hope.
It was filmed at the cornerHOUSE, an empty theatre, early in July. The film was made with kind support of The Highlands and Islands Touring Network and was included in the online Edinburgh Fringe this summer. You can watch the film for free, but if you can do please donate something to our WeGotTickets touring fund. Your donation will help us take the play to Fringe venues that are currently operating at a very reduced capacity, this will not only help us to get the play on, it will also help to get live theatre back where it belongs - on stages in front of audiences. Not that we want to guilt trip you into donating or anything, so here's a quote that should maybe make you want to watch it and donate...
'Absolutely cracking. Wonderfully written. The performance is superb. Pathos and deep serious emotions, but there's a beautiful wit as well. Very entertaining.' Alan Bissett, playwright, novelist, performer
